Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of its proximity to the Twin Cities, the tremendous sense of community, and the rigorous academics. I also had an opportunity to continue playing competitive baseball for an incredible coaching staff.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
As a student-athlete at Mac, I have come to learn how essential time management is to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while achieving in the classroom. Baseball has helped me prioritize the important aspects of life at Macalester, while providing a supportive group of friends and mentors along the way.
