Received Academic All-MIAC honors... Started 26 games in 29 appearances… Led the team with 58 assists and being part of 13 double plays… Registered a fielding percentage of .945… Tallied 12 runs and 12 RBI’s… Went 5-for-5 on stolen bases… Made five putouts against Carleton on April 24.

2021
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors... Played in 23 games with 20 starts... Batted .219 with six doubles, one triple, and six RBIs... Stole three bases on four attempts.

2019
Played in 30 games with 27 starts… Batted .281 with five doubles, two triples, and five RBIs… Drove in one run while going 4-for-5 against Wesleyan on Mar.21.

Selected the 2018 Charlotte Hot Stove High School Baseball Scholar Athlete of the Year… Named the 2018 Army Reserve Lake Norman Male Scholar Athlete of the Year… Earned All-County honors as a senior… Two-time All-Conference Baseball selection… Made the IMG National Classic Elite All-Tournament Team in 2018… Earned the Lake Norman Baseball Wildcat Award in 2015… Graduated from Lake Norman High School Summa Cum Laude… Made the A honor roll every semester… AP Scholar With Distinction… 2018 Lake Norman High School Social Studies Excellence Award… 2018 Lake Norman High School Statistics Excellence Award.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Mac because of how great a fit it was when I visited.  Not only did it have a prestigious university academically resembling ivy league schools, but it also had a successful baseball program with coaches and players who made it seem like a very good fit.  Additionally, Mac has the small school and tight community environment I was looking for while also being conveniently located by the Twin Cities always having something to do. 

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has given me access to a great education, and I have made lifelong friends playing the game that I love.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Throughout my time at Macalester, I have learned invaluable lessons specifically about time management and hard work. Having to balance four classes, student employment, and a demanding baseball schedule, I have learned how to multi-task and plan ahead. When doing all of this, I have come to appreciate all the hard work necessary to be successful at any task, academic or athletic. And my time specifically on the baseball team has provided me with lifelong memories and relationships. The friendships I have made in a state so far away from home have helped me thrive and appreciate my college journey that much more. Having built these strong relationships, I will be leaving college with a national support network.
