Two-time letterwinner at Colombia Grammar & Prep … Set school record his senior year for most times reaching base without recording an out (23) … Led his team on 14 game win streak his senior year … His teams won both the regular season and league tournament titles his junior and senior seasons … Earned High Academic Honors for Athletes his senior year.
 
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has allowed me to expand socially and academically in ways I never imagined I could. Playing baseball has put a great group of guys around me who are always supportive and willing to help out. It's hard to imagine where I'd be without that.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Mac has forced me to be a more daring, hardworking person. I've learned in my time here that nothing will ever be given to you and that the only way to get what you want is to actively pursue it. I've begun to understand how every extra minute of work you put into academics and athletics translates to real, tangible results that you know you've earned.
