Club Open Ultimate Frisbee

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space to play ultimate frisbee with the top priority being that everyone has fun playing, regardless of skill level, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, ability, or other identity. We respect and support ourselves, our teammates, and our opponents. We believe mistakes are a positive opportunity for improvement, and treat them as such. We practice empathy and compassion for ourselves and others. We seek to create a space where everyone can improve, regardless of skill level. We practice and defend consent. We help each other uphold these values and hold ourselves accountable for our actions, both as individuals and as a team. We are competitive, but never to the point of losing sight of these priorities. Lastly, our values help us build a community of compassionate, supportive and intentional teammates who celebrate each other's success and learn from one another.

Please reach out if you are interested in playing, especially if you are a prospective student, we would love to get to know you at a practice. (If you’re looking at our website we know you’re a frisbee tough head) Reach out to Erik Lindell (openultimate@macalester.edu)
