Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
When I first visited Macalester, I felt welcome. All of the buildings were well kept, the students were friendly, and all of the faculty and staff really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The small school atmosphere was nice because after only one day many people knew my name. Also, it didn't hurt that the food at Café Mac was delicious.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has been eye opening, to say the least. I have been exposed to so many new ideas, practices, and customs that were unfamiliar to me. I am beyond excited moving forward to continue to further my learning both on and off of the field.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
I think being a student-athlete at Macalester has pushed me to work harder in both the classroom and on the field, and has helped me improve my time management skills as well.
