Saw action in six games with three starts… Ranked eighth on the team with 38 tackles, including five tackles for loss… Intercepted a pass against Hamline Sept. 12… Had a sack at Lawrence Oct. 24… Recorded a season-high 11 tackles vs. St. Norbert Nov. 7… Tallied eight tackles and a hurry against Cornell College Nov. 14… Named to the Midwest Conference Academic All-Conference team.

2014
Played in all 11 games, recording 20 tackles and two interceptions… Had an interception and a hurry against Grinnell Sept. 27… Registered six tackles and an interception in the Scots’ victory over Illinois College in the MWC championship game.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Mac because it provided me with the opportunity to play both football and baseball at the collegiate level as well as pursue a quality, high-level education. Additionally, Macalester is far-removed from my hometown which has allowed me to experience a different region of the country.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experiences at Macalester, both on the field and in the classroom, have proven to be challenging, yet worthwhile.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student athlete at Macalester has allowed me to develop a sense of self discipline that I will take with me wherever I go in life.
