What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
The relationships I have built in the classroom and on the field at Macalester have helped me continue to grow as a young adult. The ability to commit myself to challenging academics, a collegiate football program, and Army ROTC would not be possible without the support of my friends and family. I look forward to the numerous opportunities Macalester has to offer.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester and participating in ROTC at the University of Minnesota has challenged my ability to continuously strive for greatness in all three aspects of my life. I have been able to push myself to new extremes I never thought I could reach. I can achieve anything I want if I work hard enough and push myself to my full potential.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
The ability to challenge myself in the classroom and on the field at Macalester has helped develop me into a young, intellectual adult. Participating in Army ROTC has improved my leadership and overall professionalism, which will benefit my military and civilian careers. The combination of the two will provide me the opportunity to achieve my lifelong goals after graduation.
