Saw action in nine games, with five receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown… Had a 64-yard touchdown catch vs. Lawrence Oct. 25.

2013
Served as a backup receiver during freshman year . . . Recorded his first career reception for four yards in loss at Augsburg.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of its superb academic reputation, location in the Twin Cities, and the diverse and endearing student body. Combining rigorous academics with athletics was also a large part of my decision.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has allowed me to connect with impactful professors, captivating alumni, and truly incredible peers. I am confident that Macalester is the best place for me as I move toward the professional community.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
As a student athlete, I have had the opportunity to blend my experience in athletic excellence with academic rigor, creating an environment that fosters hard work and accountability. Beyond the classroom and the football field, I feel truly blessed with the opportunity to cultivate relationships with absolutely exceptional and unique individuals. The sheer diversity of individuals and opportunity present at Macalester has facilitated my development toward a well rounded student, athlete, and individual.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Macalester continually challenges me to expand my 'comfort zone' in academic, social, and athletic spheres. I feel confident that the skills and relationships I have built within our diverse community will serve me well in approaching new experiences beyond Macalester.
