Biography
What I appreciate most about Macalester:I really appreciate that the professors are wiling to work with the students because they want us to do well.
What surprised me about Macalester:The athletic department's support of the Mac golf program surprised me. I wasn't expecting Kim Chandler and other coaches to come watch us play at conference. It was a wonderful surprise.
Three favorite things about being a Mac golfer:1. Both the men and women's teams practice together- most MIAC schools don't. It increases fun competition and pushes us to do well.
2. We are so lucky to play courses such as Mirimichi, Bunker Hills, and Edinburgh USA.
3. Preseason is a blast. Coach Tomas plans a "surprise day" of no golf- last year we went tubing!
