Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of the liberal arts education and its urban location.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My Macalester experience, so far, has meant having a tight knit community both in and out of the classroom.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Involvement in athletics has been a rewarding experience in a multitude of ways, all of which will contribute to my life after graduating. Perhaps what I will carry with me the most is how cross country and track have instilled a practice of self-care, mental toughness and preparedness in me, and taught me to push the confines of mental and physical obstacles in my progression as a student and athlete.
