Started five games at quarterback… Led the Scots in passing yards (491) and touchdowns (five)… Completed 31 passes in 82 attempts… Threw for a season-best 177 yards and three touchdowns in a victory over Grinnell Sept. 26… Also had an 89-yard touchdown pass in that game… Completed a season-high 12 passes vs. Hamline Sept. 12.

2014
Saw action in nine games… Registered his first completed pass as a Scot vs. Lawrence on Oct. 25.

Graduated in the top 10 percent of class from Pineville High.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
The academic challenge that Macalester brings really played a major decision in my choice for college.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Having the chance to go to a high academic institution and also play the game that I love has really been a blessing. My experience has opened many doors academically and football has also been a great boost in my own improvement on the field and in life.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Football has shaped me into a better person due to our team expectations on and off the field. It has also made me realize that my academics are a crucial part to the Macalester experience, which has made my time here much more enjoyable.
