How Mac Softball has prepared me for life after graduation:
Most importantly, playing softball at Mac taught me how to keep balance in my life, and how to manage my time while doing my best school work and playing a sport I love. Being a student-athlete has also taught me important lessons about teamwork, cooperation, and leadership. I have learned to work together with my teammates and coaches to improve and reach our potential as a team and my potential as an individual, which has been part of what led to making friends that I know I will have for the rest of my life! I've also learned the importance of setting goals and working hard to achieve them in everything I do, and I've experienced the feeling of knowing my hard work paid off.
