Running at Macalester has showed me that outside of competition, athletics have a huge value as part of a healthy lifestyle. It's also shown me the value of a long term commitment through many ups and downs. I'm extremely happy with the friendships I've made running here for four years, and I think I''ll continue to run far into the future.
