Biography
What I like about Macalester:
Coming to Macalester has proved to be a completely positive experience for me. The Macalester community is entirely different from my high school setting; Mac students are motivated to learn and eager to be involved in events and groups. Soccer is a celebrated sport and it's great to get so much support from the campus community. Macalester has the interesting, engaging classes and excellent professors that I was looking for in college. Internationalism is a big part of campus life and there are plenty of unique and fun students and faculty to get to know. I like the smallness and location of campus and the liberal arts aspect of the college. Mac is a great place to play collegiate soccer because of the strong coaching staff and the team is competitive. I love my teammates - they are a great group of smart, funny, and athletic people - and they have become some of my best friends here at Mac.
