Macalester College Athletics

Why I chose Macalester:
"I came to Macalester over other liberal arts colleges because of the diverse student body and its unique emphasis on internationalism, which fits my academic interest in international studies. Mac's urban location also sets it apart from comparable schools, and the chance to play soccer in front of very appreciative crowds has been a great characteristic of Mac."

What Macalester has meant to me so far:
“Macalester continues to be a stimulating atmosphere for my academic and personal growth. As I move into my senior year, I'm starting to realize how well Macalester has prepared me for possible careers, graduate school, and community engagement. Between study abroad last spring and classes that become more and more advanced, I can see how Macalester not only challenges me individually to improve my abilities, but also to expand my perspective and challenge the world around me. Soccer, meanwhile, continues to focus me personally, and allow me to pursue a common goal with a great squad of teammates and coaches.”
