Secured an All-MIAC honorable mention… Inducted into the Hampshire Honor Society… Claimed Academic All-MIAC honors… Played all 10 games… Led the team with 910 all-purpose yards, including a team-high 414 rushing yards on 91 carries for four touchdowns… Registered 477 receiving yards on 50 catches for seven touchdowns… Recorded 11 tackles, including a sack for a loss of 14 yards against Augsburg on Nov. 4… Scored three receiving touchdowns and one rushing touchdown with a total of 131 yards, including a career-best 38-yard catch in the MIAC Championship Week victory over St. Scholastica on Nov. 11.

2022
Led the team with 402 rushing yards on 113 carries… Caught 44 passes for 322 yards… Scored five touchdowns, including two against St. Scholastica on Nov 5… Registered two kick returns for 25 yards against Minnesota-Morris on Sept 3… Academic All-MIAC.

2021
Played in all 10 games... Led the team with 281 rushing yards in 74 carries... Rushed for 64 yards on 12 carries and made four receptions for 23 yards against Hamline on Oct. 30... Registered four kick returns for 85 yards against Concordia on Oct. 9... Academic All-MIAC honors.

Before Mac
Earned first team all-conference honors at middle linebacker as a senior at Lakeside Lutheran High School… Also made the all-conference second team at running back… Served as his team’s captain… In a game at Marshall senior year, gained 112 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries while registering nine tackles, including two tackles-for-loss… Academic Top 10.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
It's a school that provides a great education and a lot of opportunities after graduation especially with its location in the Twin Cities. It has also given me an opportunity to continue my football career with great teammates and a great coaching staff.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
In a limited experience, I enjoyed meeting new teammates and learning more about the game of football from a new coaching staff.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Macalester has challenged me as both a student and an athlete. It has helped me be more resilient and it has connected me with a lot of people from different places and backgrounds.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Macalester has taught me how to balance a rigorous academic workload with being a student-athlete and how to strive to excel at both. It has also taught me how to build relationships with people from all over the place.
