Competed in all seven races for the Scots as a Sophomore… Raced to a PR of 24:24.1 at the MIAC Championships to earn a 59th place finish on Nov. 2… Finished in the top 100in the 6k at the NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 25:20.2 on Nov. 16… Received MIAC Academic All-Conference honors.
2018
Competed in six races in her rookie season… Opened the year with a 26:58 6k at the Augsburg Invitational… Improved that time the following week at the St. Olaf Invitational, finishing in 25:26… Recorded her best time of the season at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 13 with a time of 24:27… Finished 10th at the St. Kate’s Invite, running the 5k in 20:44… Completed the MIAC Championship course in 25:05.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I've learned that keeping up my running keeps me happier and more organized, no matter how busy the rest of my life gets.
