Competed in five races for the Scots... Ran a PR of 24:59.9 in the 6,000 meters at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 15... Registered a PR in the 5,000 meters with a time of 22:05.4... Academic All-MIAC honors.

2019
Competed in six races during Sophomore campaign for the Scots. 

2018
Competed in five races in her rookie season… Opened the season with a time of 27:41 in the Augsburg Invitational 6k… Took almost two minutes off that time in the following race, finishing in 25:58 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22… Ran her best time of the season at the MIAC Championships, completing the 6k course in 25:43… Finished 21^st in the St. Kate’s Invite 5k with a time of 21:42.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has helped root within me a desire and confidence to go after my ambitions, whether that be trying new things or pursuing a long-term project. It has also reminded me to appreciate the people who surround you and to seize every opportunity to learn from their experiences.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being on the Women's Cross Country team has made me more confident in my abilities to improve as a runner, and it's also taught me the importance of empowering other women. 

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
This experience has taught me the importance of having a community that supports and encourages your personal growth. In the future I will work hard to develop these kinds of relationships because I know how valuable they are now.
