It has meant getting to know new people and becoming part of a new community.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has helped me connect with a wide group of dedicated, driven, and all-around wonderful people on the teams I participate in, who have helped make me the person I am today.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me about the values of hard work, perseverance, and how both of those are only possible with a strong support system. My experience here has prepared me for life after Macalester by providing the invaluable resource of a network of friends and teammates that I know will have my back throughout my life.
