Outdoor
Logged a personal record time of 26.39 in the 200m dash at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed third in the 100m with a time of 12.95 and ran with the 4x100m relay team that placed third (50.39) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 25-27.

Indoor
Earned MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x200m relay team that finished sixth (1:50.11) and posted a personal record time of 8.23 in the 60m at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Earned second in the 200m (27.36) and was part of the 4x200m relay team that placed first (1:53.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Part of the 4x100m relay team that placed second (50.88) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29… Competed in the 100m and 200m dash, as well as the 4x100m relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13.

Indoor
Competed with the 4x200m relay team at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Ran with the 4x200m relay team that earned second (1:51.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Ran a personal record of 12.91 in the 100m dash at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Ran the 200m dash in 26.48 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Member of the 4x100m relay team that finished fifth with a time of 51.02 at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6.

Indoor
Member of the 4x200m relay team that placed seventh (1:51.72) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Ran the 55m Dash in 7.87 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12. Finished the 200m Dash in 28.40 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12.

2021
Outdoor
Ran the 100m Dash in 13.29 at the Ole Open on May 8... Finished the 200m Dash in a time of 27.02 at the Ole Open on May 8... Member of the 4x100m Relay team that finished in a time of 51.09 at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational on May 1.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has allowed me to form incredible friendships and work on my leadership and communication skills.
