Indoor
Received All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish (3:01.51) in the 1000m, a third-place finish (5:01.71) in the mile and running with the distance medley relay team that finished second (12:45.46) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Recorded a personal record of 5:00.24 in the mile for seventh place at the Wartburg Qualifier… Finished first in the mile in three out of seven races and finished top three in the mile in five out of seven races.

2022
Outdoor
Became a MIAC Champion and earned All-MIAC honors, winning the 1500-meter in a time of 4:38.26 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Recognized as All-MIAC honorable mention by placing fourth in the 4x800m relay with a time of 9:38.83 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Recorded a personal record time of 4:35.38 in the 1500-meter at the UW-La Crosse Last Chance Qualifier on May 18... Finished the 800-meter in 2:20.92 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors in the Mile, placing third with a time of 5:03.46 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Also earned All-MIAC honors in the 1000m run, finishing third in a time of 3:01.14 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25... Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 11, placing 15th... Set a new meet record of 5:16.19 for the Mile at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29... Registered the second, third, and fourth best times in Macalester history for the Mile this season.

2021
Outdoor
Ran a season best in the 1500m with a time of 4:44.00 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15... Ran the 5000m in 18:14.06 at the St. Olaf Invite on April 10... Finished the 800m in 2:28.90 at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational on May 1.

First team All-Conference and Sectional, State, MVP… Senior Athlete of the Year Award recipient… All-State Orchestra. 

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I appreciate the community aspect. 

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
So far, my experience at Macalester has taught me to be confident in my strength both on the track and in the classroom.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has helped me become a more confident person, even outside of athletics. When I succeed on the track it encourages me to keep working hard in other areas of my life, including music and academics.
