Produced seven top-10 finishes on the season… Foy finished third in the 400 Individual Medley with a time of 5:13.16 against Saint Benedict on Nov. 2… The sophomore placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a final time of 1:18.12 in the St. Thomas Invite on Jan. 11… Foy ended the regular season with a second-place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:50.77 versus Grnnell on Jan. 25… Received MIAC Academic All-Conference honors.

2018-19
Tallied 16 top-10 finishes in her rookie season… Took home a second-place finish in the 200 Free against St. Norbert on Nov. 3 with a career-best time of 2:09.89 while also finishing fifth in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:17.70… Added three top-10 finishes at the Roger Ahlman Invite on Nov. 10… Finished in sixth in both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke at the Tomcat Invite on Nov. 30… Recorded a third-place finish in the 500 Free (5:48.54) and a fourth-place finish in both the 100 Breaststroke (1:15.51) and 400 Individual Medley (5:04.67) in a meet with Hamline and St. Olaf on Jan. 19… Finished fourth in the 50 Free against St. Catherine on Jan. 25 with a season-best time of 28.45.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has enhanced my college experience. Swimming gives me opportunities to challenge myself daily, allows me to cut loose and have fun, and has introduced me to a community where I feel welcome.
