Started all 10 games for the Scots at linebacker… Ranked ninth on the team with 29 tackles… Tallied a career-best eight tackles in a win over Ripon Oct. 21… Intercepted a pass vs. Beloit Oct. 7… Made the Midwest Conference Academic All-Conference team for the second consecutive year.

2016
Saw action in seven games… Totaled 13 tackles, including six solo… Had two tackles and a pass breakup against Lawrence Oct. 8… Earned a spot on the Midwest Conference Academic All-Conference team.

2015
Played in seven games… Had three tackles and a forced fumble at Knox Oct. 3.

Before Mac
Served as team captain at Pine Crest High School… Earned SFC All-Conference honors… Also received Broward All-County honorable mention… AP Scholar of Distinction.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of its high academics, the high character of players and coaches, and the opportunity to play football at the next level at a successful program that cares about me not just as a player, but also as a person.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has given me great opportunities to push myself and grow as a person. I feel that I am now in a great position to reach my goals in life because of Macalester College.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Balancing athletics and academics made me a more disciplined, determined, and focused person.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Macalester has prepared me to handle the personal and professional challenges I will experience in my adult life and has been essential in my growth as a person. I am in great position to succeed in the future because of the players and coaches who have been around me for the last four years and I am extremely grateful for their impact on my life.
