California Scholarship Federation Gold Sealbearer... Made the Principal’s Honor Roll for four years at Palos Verdes High School… Also played baseball at Palos Verdes.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because it gave me the opportunity to play both football and baseball at one of best academic colleges in the country.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
It has allowed me to expand my interests in the classroom and challenge myself on the field.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
As a student-athlete at Macalester one is obligated to tackle the demands of rigorous classes along with the time commitment and work ethic necessary to succeed in sports. The discipline and focus I have learned being a student-athlete has helped shaped who I am as a person and has also helped prepare me for life after graduation.
