Earned a spot on the MIAC All-Academic team… Played in all 20 games, making 15 starts during the year… Tallied nine points on the season, which was the fourth-most of any player on the team… Scored his first collegiate goal in a 1-0 win over Pomona-Pitzer on Sept. 9… Added another goal in the following game in a 2-0 win over Hamline on Sept. 12… Assisted one of the four goals scored against St. Mary’s on Oct. 20… Scored the game-winner against St. John’s on Oct. 23… Opened the scoring in a 3-1 win over Carthage on Sept. 16… Recorded 27 shots on the season, including 16 that were on net for a .593 shot on goal percentage… Logged 818 total minutes played on the year… Played 40 minutes or more in 11 different games during the season.

2017
Played in 16 games... tallied two assists. 

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
After I spent two years at United World College Costa Rica, I wanted to continue living and studying in an international environment at university. Macalester has an outstanding academic reputation and the opportunity to continue playing soccer at a very high level.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far? 
My first year at Macalester taught to become a better person, student, and athlete. My experiences on the soccer field, in the classroom, and with my new American and international friends have helped me grow as a person and leader on and off the field. I look forward to my sophomore year as a team and individually.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
I have received great opportunities through Macalester and the soccer program. Through trainings and games we have built great relationships on and off the field. I am a more organized individual who has a greater dedication to studies and personal growth through the Mac soccer team.
