Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because I wanted to go to a small liberal arts school that also had a strong emphasis on STEM subjects. I wanted to be able to be in touch with my sciency side as well as get the broad education a liberal arts school offers. The people I met that attend Mac also seem very intelligent and are the kind of people I want to be friends with. The classes seem very intellectual and engaging, as well as discussion oriented which is something I value.
