ARDEN HILLS, Minn.– The Macalester College women's tennis team lost to Bethel University in the Scots first playoff game since 2008. The Scots were defeated 7-2.

The Scots two wins came singles No.6  6 Megan O'Herin (Grand Rapids, Mich./Northview) who defeated Meghan Schuler 6-4, 6-0. Oherin was also part of the doubles team, along with Emma Baker (Bentonville, Ark./Bentonville), who defeated their Bethel counterparts 8-6.

The Scots finished the year 6-11 and 5-6 in the MIAC.
