ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College men's soccer team closed out the regular season with a 3-0 victory at Bethel University Saturday afternoon at Ona Orth Soccer Complex. The Scots, who are ranked 17th nationally, complete the regular season with an unbeaten 13-0-5 record overall and 8-0-2 in the MIAC.

Macalester won the MIAC regular-season title and earned the No. 1 seed in next week's MIAC Tournament. The Scots will play the lowest remaining seed on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Macalester Stadium.

Sophomore forward Danny Baumann (Waterford, Wis./Muskego) opened the scoring in the 22nd minute with his fifth goal off the season.
