Complete Time Trial results

Macalester began its fall campaign Friday at St. Catherine University in a 4-kilometer time trial with No. 18-ranked St. Olaf, one of the MIAC's top programs.  The Oles won the time trial by a 20-40 score.  Five of Macalester top eight runners were first-years.

Following a pair of Oles across the line, Macalester was paced by Kimber Meyer (Fy., Naperville, Ill. / North), who finished third out of 66 runners with a 14:58.6 clocking.  Mac's Mira Ensley-Field (Fy., Appleton, Wis. / East) came in fifth place as the team's No. 2 runner (15:22.4).

Anna Schmitz (Sr., St. Paul, Minn. / Central) finished ninth overall (15:56.8) as Mac's third runner.  Elena Torry-Schrad (Fy., Forest Grove, Ore. ) placed 15th (16:22.7), Becky Kane (Sr., Miladore, Wis. / Auburndale) was 16th (16.26.1), Emma Van Emmerik (Sr., Amherst, Mass. / Amherst Regional)  was 19th (16:40.2), Izzy Ballet (Fy., Ionia, N.Y. / Pittsford Mendon) was 21st (16:52.3) and Karylyn Russell (Fy., Monona, Wis. / Monona Grove) was 22nd (16:59.1).

The second's second race in next Saturday (Sept. 7) at the Crown Invitational in St. Bonafacius.
