Hamline took control of the game midway through the first half and went on to gain a 91-56 win over the visiting Scots. The Pipers shot 55% on the afternoon and went 14-for-15 on free throws, and most importantly, gained a commanding 27-10 turnover margin.
Sam Marshall (Jr., Sun Prairie, Wis.) carried much of the load for Macalester, scoring 24 points on a 10-for-19 shooting performances, and grabbing a game-high eight rebounds.

Mike Campbell paced Hamline (9-7 overall / 7-4 MIAC) with 21 points. Dior Ford scored 17 for the Pipers and Al Tillman added 15.
Macalester (1-15 on the year, 1-10 in MIAC play) jumps right back into action Wednesday (Jan. 25) when it plays host to St. Olaf at 7:30 p.m.
