Ann Baltzer (Jr., Bismarck, N.D.) averaged 19.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in a pair of close MIAC games last week. The 5-11 center led the Scots to 63-55 win at Bethel on Monday (Dec. 8) at Bethel, finishing with 15 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals. On Wednesday (Dec. 10), Baltzer posted a double-double, contributing 24 points and 11 rebounds in a hard-fought 66-61 loss at MIAC power St. Benedict. She shot 53% from the field in the two games. Baltzer is currently ranked second in the MIAC in scoring and fifth in rebounding.
