Macalester College Athletics

Annie Flanagan (Sr., Madison, Wis. / East) is the Macalester athlete of the week after diving to a pair of first-place finishes Saturday (Dec. 6) at the College of St. Catherine Invitational. Flanagan started off the day by winning the women’s 3-meter diving competition with a six-dive score of 222.35. She then established a new Macalester school record when she placed first in 1-meter diving with a score of 253.05, which is just 1.95 points short of the national qualifying standard.
