Alex Cortes (Jr., Berkeley, Calif. / Head-Royce) returned to the lineup after missing fall semester's meets while studying abroad and led the way for the Scots in an MIAC dual meet Saturday (Jan. 12) with St. Olaf. Cortes earned a pair of first-place finishes. She won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:05.88 and also took first in the 100 freestyle in 58.07.
