Macalester center Ann Baltzer (So., Bismarck, N.D.) averaged 16 points and 6.7 rebounds and shot 62% from the field in three MIAC games last week. Baltzer, who currently ranks ninth in the conference in scoring (14.5 ppg.), 10th in rebounding (6.3 rpg.) and second in shooting accuracy (59.4%), started off the week by scoring 18 points on a 7-for-11 shooting performance in a defeat to St. Thomas. In Mac’s 64-62 win over Augsburg on Wednesday, she contributed 12 points and seven boards. Baltzer closed out the week with a double-double against St. Olaf, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds while going 8-for-11 from the floor.
