Smaranda Georgescu led a one-two Macalester sweep in the 200-yard butterfly by winning this event in a double-dual against St. Olaf and Augsburg Saturday (Jan. 11) in Northfield. Georgescu hit the wall in 2:18.94 to claim her first-place finish. She was also second in the 100 fly (1:04.74) and third in the 100-yard freestyle (56.11).
