Macalester College Athletics

Renee Jordan (Jr., Anchorage, Alaska / Steller Secondary) placed first in the 3-meter diving completion over the weekend at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Championships at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.  Jordan, who gained runner-up finishes at the previous two MIAC meets, claimed her first individual MIAC championship by winning on the three-meter board with a school-record 464.95 score.  She was also second on the 1-meter board to teammate Hunter Hedenberg.  This is her fifth Macalester Athlete of the Week award.
