Senior guard Kyanna Jones (Brooklyn Park, Minn. / Osseo) led Macalester is scoring in both games as the Scots tipped off their season over the weekend in Colorado Springs. Jones pumped in 14 points to go along with six rebounds and four steals in a 52-40 loss to Nebraska Wesleyan on Friday. She then led Macalester to a 66-60 win Saturday over Colorado College, finishing with 18 points, five rebounds, five steals and four assists. For the weekend, Jones averaged 16 points and shot 58% from the field.
