Grace Caird (Jr., Shorewood, Wis.) shot a career-best 75 on the third and final day to lead the Macalester women’s golf team to a seventh-place finish out of 11 teams at the MIAC Championships at Bunker Hills in Coon Rapids. Caird placed 11th overall, missing All-MIAC status by just one position, posting rounds of 81-87-75 for a 54-hole score of 243. Her 75 is four strokes better than her previous Macalester best.
