Majra Mucic (Sr., Zenica, Bosnia / St. Louis Park – Minn.) led the Macalester volleyball team to a 2-1 win by averaging 5.2 kills per set and hitting at a .280 clip as the Scots beat North Central (Minn.) 3-1, lost to St. Mary’s 0-3, and defeated Hamline 3-1. She established a career high with 21 kills in Mac’s victory Wednesday (Oct. 20) over North Central and then shattered that mark with 24 kills in the team’s MIAC triumph over the Hamline Pipers. Mucic hit .559 against NCU (21 kills – 2 errors – 34 attacks).
