Wade Ekstrom (Sr., La Cresent, Minn.) is the Macalester athlete of the week after leading the way for the men’s track and field team at the MIAC Indoor Championships in Northfield. Ekstrom ran to all-conference status Friday night when he placed third in the one-mile run with a mark of 4:18.66.
