Jeff Yamashita (Jr., Honolulu, Hi. / Iolani School) won the 50-yard freestyle to lead the way for the Scots Saturday (Jan. 23) at the St. Catherine University Invitational. Yamashita was first out of 21 entrants with a time of 23.23 to lead the Scots to a third place team finish. In addition to winning the 50 free, Yamashita placed third in the 100 freestyle (50.48) and fourth in the 100 butterfly (56.37).
