HILTON HEAD, S.C. --  Allegheny swept the six singles matches and Macalester dropped its final match of the Hilton Head Spring Tennis Festival, 8-1.

The Scots lone win came at number two doubles, where Gabby Queenan and Lily Stein posted an 8-5 win. Queenan was the lone Scot to take her singles match to a super tiebreaker before losing 7-6, 0-6, 10-7 at two singles.

Meanwhile, Stein also took her first set at four singles to a tiebreaker before dropping a 7-6, 6-0 decision.

Macalester will return home for their first outdoor match at the Hayden Courts, next Saturday, when it hosts Saint Mary's in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match beginning at 2 p.m.
