After leading the Scots to a fourth-place 6-4-1 league record, defender Erica DeJong (Sr., Woodinville, Wash. / Eastside Catholic) and forward Georgia Cloepfil (Jr., Portland, Ore. / Lincoln) have been selected to the All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) women's soccer team.  Cloepfil is a repeat selection.

Midfielder / defender Hannah Boston (Sr., Mill Valley, Calif. / Tamalpais) picks up Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors for the second year in a row, and Macalester's representative on the MIAC All-Sportsman team is midfielder Izzi Speer (Jr., Madison, Wis. / West).

An honorable mention choice last fall as a junior, DeJong led a Macalester defense which posted four MIAC shutouts and a 0.96 conference goals-against average.  On the season, the Scots yielded only 18 goals in 17 matches.

Cloepfil netted eight MIAC goals as the Scots boasted the conference scoring champ for the sixth time in program history.  Overall on the season, she led the team in goals (15) and assists (8) and had either a goal or assist in 13 of her team's 17 games.  In addition to topping the MIAC in goals with eight, she was tied for third with six assists.

Boston is a two-time honorable mention selection and was a three-year starter for the Scots.  She started every Macalester match over the last two seasons.  Boston and the Mac back row allowed only 11 goals in 11 MIAC matches.
