The Macalester women's soccer team will help raise breast cancer awareness by wearing pink jerseys on its annual Kick Cancer Night when the Scots host Wisconsin-Eau Claire on Tuesday (Oct. 19) at 7:30 p.m. Come and show your support to "Kick Cancer" and bring a few dollars to drop in the "pink" donation box.

Smoothies at Jamba Juice can also be purchased the week leading up to the game and/or at the Kick Cancer event to help raise money - just show your student ID. Spectators are encouraged to wear pink and Pink Zone t-shirts are also available for purchase. All money raised will benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. Also, look for cool "pink" prizes at the game!

Think Pink Night is sponsored by the Macalester Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). On the following night (Wednesday, Oct. 20), the volleyball team hosts a similar event, “Dig Pink Night.”
