Macalester College midfielder Stephen Murphy-Logue (Jr., Anchorage, Alaska / West) has been named Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) men's soccer Athlete of the Week, as selected by league coaches. 

Murphy-Logue assisted on the Scots' game-winning goal with just 1:48 left in regulation as Macalester toppled Augsburg 1-0 on Wednesday (September 23) as the Scots improved to 2-0 in MIAC play. On Saturday at Grinnell, Murphy-Logue put Macalester on the board with a penalty kick after the Pioneers took an early lead. He then netted the game-clinching goal near the end of the second half as the Scots claimed their fourth win in a row.
