Complete Meet of the UnSaintly results

After part of the team competed three nights ago at the Tommie Twilight meet, another group of Scots participated Saturday at Hamline University's Meet of the UnSaintly against a strong group of entrants from Division I, Division II and Division III schools. This was Mac's final prep for next weekend's MIAC championships in Northfield.

Sprinter Emily Matthews (Jr., Fort Collins, Colo.) showed that she can be a factor at the upcoming conference meet, placing eighth out of 29 entrants in the 200-meter dash (26.41). She was fastest among Division III entrants. Matthews was also 13th in the 400 dash (1:01.18).

In the 100-meter dash, Mari Mejia (So., Golden Valley, Minn. / St. Louis Park) placed eighth (13.19) and Maddie Mette (Jr., Burnsville, Minn.) was 11th (13.28).

The MIAC championships at Carleton College begin at 2 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday.
