Complete Hamline Invitational results

Maddie Mette (Jr., Burnsville, Minn.) earned a pair of third-place finishes to lead the way for the Scots at the Hamline Invitational. The meet was not team-scored and featured entrants from Mac, Hamline, St. Catherine, Carleton, St. Benedict, Concordia-Moorhead, Concordia-St. Paul, Augsburg at UW-Superior.

Mette placed third to lead a trio of Mac top-eight finishers in the 100-meter dash (13.60) and added a third-place effort in the long jump (16-5 ¾ / 5.02m).

Following closely behind Mette in the 100 dash were Mari Mejia (So., Golden Valley, Minn. / St. Louis Park) in fourth place (13.71) and Celeste Prince (Jr., Lakewood, Colo.) in eighth (13.91).

Tara McCoy (So., Menomonie, Wis.) ran to a sixth-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:25.13) and Emma Swinford (Fy., Columbus, Ohio / Grandview Heights) was 10th (2:27.24).

The Scots compete Friday (April 10) at the Gustavus Adolphus Lee Krough Invitational in St. Peter.
