Myers, Fla., winning 10-1 in the final game of the trip for the Scots. Macalester finished with a 3-7 Florida record and returns home with a 5-9 overall record.

The Scots scored their only run in the fourth frame when Crystal Barriga (Jr., Broomfield, Colo. / Legacy) singled, moved to second on a Chloe Souza (Fy., Los Angeles, Calif. / Winward) single, advanced to third when Kate Ziegler (Sr., Oak Park, Ill. / Oak Park-River Forest) walked, and scored on a fielder's choice.

During their 10 games at the Gene Cusic Classic, the Scots batted .293 and their pitchers combined for a 3.78 ERA. Amanda Knopf (Fy., Boulder, Colo.) posted a 1.54 ERA in 27 1/3 innings of work, while tossing a perfect game against Albright (Pa.).
