Number one ranked St. Thomas clinched is fourth consecutive Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season title - and its third straight outright championship with a 68-59 win over Carleton. The Tommies and Knights, along with Bethel and Augsburg, have locked up four spots in the six-team MIAC Playoffs, while Saint John's and Gustavus have the inside track on the remaining two spots. Hamline and St. Olaf are still hanging onto hope of slipping into the final playoff slots.
