After hosting several Toys for Teens nights at the men's and women's basketball games and the Great Scot Invitational swimming meet, Macalester's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) raised $361.25 and collected 25 toys.

The money we raised went to the Toys for Tots organization to buy toys for teenagers, the most neglected age group during the Toys for Teens season.

SAAC members Ali Nystrom '10 Glasha Marcon '13 went to KARE 11-TV on Tuesday, December 15 to turn in our toys and money along with 18 other MIAC SAAC representatives. In total, the MIAC raised $2,500 and collected 380 toys.
